Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dědičných chorob kůže u psů, s bližším zaměřením na plemena typu bull, přičemž pro širší kontext jsou zmíněna i další plemena. Detailněji je v práci rozebrána atopická dermatitida, ichtyóza a letální akrodermatitida, zatímco další dědičné choroby kůže jsou shrnuty stručně. U každého onemocnění jsou uvedeny klinické příznaky, diagnóza a dostupné možnosti léčby. Práce se dále věnuje neurotickému chování u psů a alternativní léčbě postižených jedinců. Součástí je také stručné shrnutí finančních nákladů na péči o psa s dědičným onemocněním kůže. Studie vychází z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů úzce propojených s veterinární praxí a výzkumem. This bachelor's thesis focuses on hereditary skin diseases in dogs, with particular emphasis on bull-type breeds, while also providing broader context through mentions of other breeds. The study provides a detailed analysis of atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis, and lethal acrodermatitis, while other inherited dermatological conditions are summarized concisely. For each disease, the study describes clinical signs, diagnostic procedures, and available treatment options. The thesis further investigates neurotic behavior in dogs and alternative therapies for affected individuals. A brief overview of the financial costs associated with caring for a dog with hereditary skin disease is also included. The research is based on professional literature and online sources closely linked to veterinary practice and research.
