Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice deformit končetin u hříbat, která bývá v chovatelské praxi často opomíjena. Cílem je zhodnotit současné poznatky o různých typech deformit - laxních, flexních, angulárních a rotačních - a shrnout možnosti jejich léčby. Praktická část zahrnuje dvě případové studie dokumentující průběh a výsledky terapie různě závažných deformit. Práce ukazuje, že včasná diagnostika a cílená terapie ve spolupráci chovatele, veterináře a podkováře mohou výrazně ovlivnit vývoj jedince a jeho budoucí využitelnost. This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of limb deformities in foals, a topic often overlooked in breeding practice. The aim is to evaluate current knowledge of various types of deformities - lax, flexural, angular, and rotational - and to summarize treatment options. The practical part includes two case studies documenting the course and outcomes of therapy for different severities of deformities. The thesis demonstrates that early diagnosis and targeted treatment, in cooperation with the breeder, veterinarian, and farrier, can significantly influence the development of the individual and its future usability.
