Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnatelnost absolventů programu Ekonomika a management na trhu práce. Cílem je zjistit, zda absolventi najdou zaměstnání a jaké vlastnosti a dovednosti jsou klíčové pro zaměstnavatele. Významná část práce je založena na primárních datech získaných z dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi čerstvými absolventy a zaměstnavateli napříč různými sektory. Výsledky ukazují, že klíčové faktory zaměstnání jsou zkušenosti, komunikační dovednosti a schopnost efektivně pracovat v týmu. Práce rovněž navrhuje pro zlepšení přípravy studentů na pracovní trh, například integraci většího počtu stáží do studijního plánu. Zjištění mohou přispět k lepší struktuře studijního programu, a tím zvýšit zaměstnatelnost absolventů. This bacheor's thesis is focus on the analysis of the employability of graduates from the Economy and Management program in the labor market. The aim is to determine whether graduates find employment and what qualities and skills are key for employers. A significant portion of the work is based on primary data obtained from a questionnaire survey conducted among recent graduates and employers across different sectors. The results indicate that the key factors for employability include practical experience, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Additionally, the thesis proposes recommendations for enhancing student preparation for the job market, such as integrating more internships into the curriculum. The findings may contribute to better structuring of the study program, thereby increasing the employability of graduates.
