Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku prekanceróz hrdla děložního z pohledu porodní asistentky. Obsahuje jak teoretickou, tak praktickou část. V teoretické části je zahrnuta anatomie děložního hrdla, historie prekanceróz a jejich epidemiologie. Dále jsou popsány rizikové faktory, struktura a přenos HPV virů. Závěrečná část se věnuje diagnostice, prevenci a možnostem léčby těchto stavů. Praktická část bakalářské práce si stanovila dva hlavní cíle a dvě hypotézy. Prvním cílem bylo zmapovat, jaká je informovanost veřejnosti o problematice prekanceróz hrdla děložního. Stanovena hypotéza H1: Míra znalostí věkově mladších pacientek/ klientek o prekancerózách hrdla děložního je nižší, než u věkově starších pacientek/ klientek. Druhým cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost porodních asistentek o problematice prekanceróz hrdla děložního. Stanovena hypotéza H2: Porodní asistentky na porodnickém oddělení mají nižší informovanost o prekancerózách hrdla děložního než porodní asistentky na gynekologickém oddělení. K naplnění těchto cílů bylo využito kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, realizované prostřednictvím online a tištěných dotazníků. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 337 žen z veřejnosti a 97 porodních asistentek. K testování hypotéz byl použit c2-test nezávislosti a jednostranný t-test. Z výzkumného šetření veřejnosti se prokázalo, že věkově mladší pacientky/klientky mají vyšší úroveň znalostí než věkově starší pacientky/klientky, což je v rozporu s původní hypotézou. Z druhého výzkumného šetření se neprokázal rozdíl v informovanosti mezi porodními asistentkami z porodnického a gynekologického oddělení. Tudíž dochází k vyvrácení i druhé hypotézy. V závěru práce jsou na základě získaných dat formulována konkrétní doporučení. Jako zásadní doporučujeme zaměření preventivních kampaní proti kouření. Dále jejich rozšíření i do škol. The thesis focuses on the issue of cervical precancers from the midwife's perspective. It contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes anatomy of the cervix, history of precancerous lesions and their epidemiology. Risk factors, structure and transmission of HPV are also described. The final part deals with diagnosis, prevention and treatment options for these conditions. The practical part of the thesis has two main objectives and two hypotheses. The first objective was to map the public awareness of cervical precancers. Hypothesis H1: The level of knowledge about cervical precancers among younger patients/clients is lower than that of older patients/clients. The second aim of the thesis was to find out the awareness of midwives about cervical precancers. Hypothesis H2: Midwives in the obstetric ward have lower awareness of cervical precancers than midwives in the gynaecology ward. In order to meet these objectives, a quantitative research survey was used, conducted through online and printed questionnaires. The research population consisted of 337 women from the public and 97 midwives. The c2 of independence and one-sided t-test were used to test the hypotheses. The public survey showed that younger patients/clients have a higher level of knowledge than older patients/clients, which is contrary to the original hypothesis. The second research survey showed no difference in knowledge between midwives from obstetrics and gynaecology wards. Thus, the second hypothesis is also refuted. The thesis concludes with specific recommendations based on the obtained data. We see it as essential to focus prevention campaigns against smoking. Furthermore, their extension to schools.
