Bakalářská práce se zabývá zajištěním dostatečného pitného režimu v zařízeních lůžkové péče. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci a navrhnout možnosti pro zlepšení hydratace hospitalizovaných pacientů. Teoretická část popisuje význam vody pro lidský organismus a rizika dehydratace. Dále popisuje doporučené postupy pro sledování a podporu příjmu tekutin u pacientů. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum realizovaný formou rozhovorů s pacienty a nutričními terapeutkami. Součástí je také sledování příjmu tekutin u hospitalizovaných pacientů. Na základě výsledků jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení hydratace pacientů v praxi. The bachelor thesis deals with ensuring a sufficient drinking regime in inpatient care facilities. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation and to propose options for improving the hydration of hospitalized patients. The theoretical part describes the importance of water for the human body and the risks of dehydration. It also describes recommended practices for monitoring and promoting fluid intake in patients. The practical part focuses on research conducted through interviews with patients and nutrition therapists. It also includes monitoring fluid intake in hospitalized patients. Based on the results, specific recommendations are proposed to improve patient hydration in practice.
