Tématem bakalářské práce je intrapersonální konflikt práce a rodiny u pracujících matek dětí do tří let věku. Teoretická část vymezuje konflikt práce a rodiny, jeho příčiny a specifika u matek. Dále se věnuje tématu genderových rolí a popisuje rovnováhu mezi profesním a rodinným životem, faktory přispívající k jejímu dosažení a slaďování pracovního a rodinného života žen v České republice. Pozornost je věnována také socioemočnímu vývoji dítěte, zejména vztahu s primárním pečovatelem a možným dopadům nepřítomnosti zaměstnané matky na tento vývoj. Empirická část práce má podobu kvalitativního designu. Pomocí narativní analýzy se pokouší hloubkově prozkoumat zkušenosti pracujících matek malých dětí se slaďováním pracovního a rodinného života. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo šest matek dětí do tří let věku (včetně), které zároveň pobírají rodičovský příspěvek a zároveň pracují. Přínos této práce spočívá v obohacení současného poznání pomocí hloubkového šetření, které umožňuje odhalit řadu témat a lépe porozumět subjektivním zkušenostem a prožitkům respondentek. The topic of the bachelor thesis is intrapersonal work-family conflict among working mothers of children under three years of age. The theoretical part defines work-family conflict, its causes and specifics in mothers. It also deals with the topic of gender roles and describes the balance between work and family life, factors contributing to its achievement and reconciliation of work and family life of women in the Czech Republic. Attention is also paid to the socio-emotional development of the child, in particular the relationship with the primary caregiver and the possible impact of the absence of the employed mother on this development. The empirical part of the thesis takes the form of a qualitative design. Using narrative analysis, it attempts to explore in depth the experiences of working mothers of young children in reconciling work and family life. The research sample consisted of six mothers of children up to and including three years of age who are both in receipt of parental allowance and working. The contribution of this thesis lies in the enrichment of current knowledge through in-depth investigation, which allows a number of themes to be uncovered and the subjective experiences and lived experiences of the respondents to be better understood.
