Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nákladových kalkulací a cenových strategií ve službách, konkrétně na příkladu tří vybraných kadeřnických podniků. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak tyto podniky stanovují ceny svých služeb, jaká je struktura jejich nákladů, zda využívají standardizované kalkulace a jak reagují na změny vstupních nákladů. Součástí je také citlivostní analýza modelující krizový scénář se zvýšením nákladů na materiál, energie a nájemné. This thesis focuses on the issue of costing and pricing strategy in a selected service firm. It analyzes and characterizes the current pricing strategies of this firm in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the current costing system and pricing process. This work includes a detailed look at the firm's existing pricing practices, with an em-phasis on identifying strengths and areas for improvement. It also looks at the links to corporate objectives and strategy to suggest measures that contribute to more effective pricing, increased competitiveness, and the achievement of corporate ob-jectives. The output of the thesis is a comprehensive view of the current state of the pricing policy of the selected firm, accompanied by suggestions for specific mea-sures to improve it. The goal of this work is to contribute to a better understanding of the service pricing process and to provide practical suggestions for optimizing pricing policy in line with the firm's business objectives.
