Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem střídavé péče na předškolní vzdělávání z pohledu učitelek mateřských škol. Cílem je zjistit, jak učitelky vnímají projevy dětí vyrůstajících ve střídavé péči, jaké výzvy toto uspořádání přináší a jaké přístupy se jim osvědčily při práci s těmito dětmi. Teoretická část se opírá o poznatky z oblasti vývoje dítěte, rodinného práva a předškolního vzdělávání. Výzkumná část je realizována formou kvalitativního šetření prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. This bachelor's thesis explores the impact of shared custody on preschool education from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. The aim is to understand how teachers perceive the behavior of children growing up in shared custody arrangements, what challenges this setting presents, and which approaches have proven effective in working with these children. The theoretical part is based on findings from the fields of child development, family law, and preschool education. The research part is carried out in the form of qualitative research through semi-structured interviews.
