Abstract: This paper deals with analysis of equivalent thermal conductivity of winding. Analyticalmethod from literature is described first. Then, the FEM-based model is described, which was createdin order to verify the functionality of the analytical method. Results of the FEM simulations showedthat the analytical method works well.
