Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh metody řízení skladu s materiálem a nářadím ve stavební firmě. Cílem je vytvořit systém, který je snadno editovatelný, kontrolovatelný a přesný. Teoretická část analyzuje principy skladového hospodářství a možnosti digitalizace procesů. Praktická část hodnotí současný stav a navrhuje systém pro efektivní řízení skladu. Navržený systém byl testován na modelovém případu s využitím nástroje Airtable a potvrdil svou flexibilitu. Výsledkem je řešení, které zlepšuje řízení skladových procesů a může sloužit jako inspirace pro další firmy. The thesis focuses on the design of a warehouse management method for materials and tools in a construction company. The aim is to create a system that is easily editable, controllable, and precise. The theoretical part analyzes the principles of warehouse management and the possibilities of process digitization. The practical part evaluates the current state and proposes a system for efficient warehouse management. The proposed system was tested on a model case using the Airtable tool and confirmed its flexibility. The result is a solution that improves warehouse management processes and can serve as inspiration for other companies.
