Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace sportovního areálu na pozemcích v k.ú. Ráječko, konkrétně na parcelách č. 1455/2, č. 467, č. 1455/70 a č. 1455/35. Jedná se o sportovní halu, fotbalové hřiště, přilehlou tribunu a dvě parkoviště. Hala s tribunou jsou propojeny chodbou. Tribuna má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V prvním podlaží jsou šatny a hygienické zázemí, posilovna relaxační zóna, sklad, prádelna a technické zázemí pro oba objekty, ve druhém podlaží je ordinace fyzioterapeuta, šatna trenérů s hygienickým zázemím, denní místnost, fanshop, zasedací místnost, oddělené WC pro diváky, tribuna na sezení a restaurace. Hala má dvě nadzemní a 1 podzemní podlaží. V pozemním podlaží jsou šatny s hygienickým zázemím, sklady a hrací plocha, v prvním podlaží je recepce, denní místnost, tribuna, občerstvení a oddělené WC pro diváky, ve druhém podlaží jsou pokoje pro hosty, společenská místnost a hygienické zázemí pro ubytované hosty. Na střeše haly je hřiště a sklad. Součástí práce je stavebnětechnická dokumentace. The subject of this thesis is the processing of project documentation for a sports complex located on plots in the cadastral area of Ráječko, specifically on parcels no. 1455/2, no. 467, no. 1455/70, and no. 1455/35. The project includes a sports hall, a football field, an adjacent grandstand, and two parking lots. The hall and the grandstand are connected by a corridor. The grandstand has two above-ground floors. The first floor contains changing rooms and sanitary facilities, a gym, a relaxation area, storage, a laundry room, and technical facilities for both buildings. The second floor includes a physiotherapy office, a coach's changing room with sanitary facilities, a lounge, a fan shop, a meeting room, separate restrooms for spectators, a seating grandstand, and a restaurant. The hall has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The underground floor contains changing rooms with sanitary facilities, storage areas, and the playing field. The first floor includes a reception, a lounge, a grandstand, refreshments, and separate restrooms for spectators. The second floor houses guest rooms, a common room, and sanitary facilities for accommodated guests. On the roof of the hall, there is a playground and storage space. The thesis also includes construction and technical documentation.
