Cílem této práce je zhodnocení situace vybraného podniku prostřednictvím analýz vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku, mezi které patří, SLEPTE analýza makroekonomického okolí, Porterův model, fundamentální a SWOT analýza za konkrétní období. Praktickému provedení analýz předchází teoretická část práce, kde je vysvětlena podstata jednotlivých analýz. Výsledkem je implementace provedených analýz a poznatků do specifických podmínek firmy a návrh opatření, díky kterým dojde ke zvýšení efektivnosti podniku. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate conditions of the selected company by means of analyses of the internal and external environments, including the SLEPTE macroeconomic environment analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, the fundamental analysis and SWOT analysis for a selected period. The execution of the analysis is preceded by a theoretical part, which includes an explanation of the principles of the analyses. The result of these parts is an implementation of executed analyses, information about specific conditions of the company and a suggestion of recommendations, which would improve the efficiency of the company.
