Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení návrhu podnikového finančního plánu vybrané společnosti. Nejprve je v práci popsán teoretický základ finančního plánování. Poté je představena analyzovaná společnost a je definován její současný stav. Poté je navržen finanční plán společnosti pro období 2022-2025. Tento plán je sestaven jak v optimistické, tak pesimistické variantě. Závěrečná část práce je věnována zhodnocení obou variant. The goal of this diploma thesis is to compile a draft of corporate financial plan for a selected company. First, the theoretical basis of financial planning is described. Then the analyzed company is introduced and its current state is defined. Then the company's financial plan for the period 2022-2025 is proposed. This plan is compiled in both optimistic and pessimistic variants. The final part of the work is devoted to the evaluation of both versions.
