Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu polyfunkčního objektu. Novostavba se nachází v katastrálním území města Moravské Budějovice. Využití objektu spočívá ve dvou částech daného objektu. První část, která slouží pro administrativní účely a část, která slouží pro bytovou část. Administrativní část se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlaží, bytová část ve zbývajících nadzemních podlaží. Objekt je navržen jako čtyř podlažní objekt, který je částečně podsklepený. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce nadzemních podlaží jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce a schodiště navrženy vyztuženého betonu. The subject of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a polyfunctional building. The new building is located in the cadastral area of the town of Moravské Budějovice. The use of the building is divided into two parts. The first part, which is intended for administrative purposes, and the second part, which is intended for residential use. The administrative part is located on the first floor, while the residential part occupies the remaining upper floors. The building is designed as a four-story structure with a partial basement. The building is covered with a flat roof. The foundation is made of plain concrete strip footings. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures of the upper floors are designed using ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures and staircase are designed with reinforced concrete.
