Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu administrativní budovy Brno Business park - 3. etapa, v Brně-Štýřice. Jde tak o poslední výstavbu administrativní budovy na ulici Londýnské náměstí. Jedná se o budovu s 2 podzemními a 13 nadzemními podlaží. Konstrukce je železobetonový monolitický skelet se zpevňujícím jádrem. Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracování technické zprávy, situace širších dopravních vztahů a dopravní trasy, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap hlavního stavebního objektu, technologického předpisu pro bílou vanu a monolitický skelet, zásady organizace výstavby, návrhu hlavních strojů mechanizace, kontrolního a zkušebního plánu, BOZP, situace zařízení staveniště, výkresu soustavy buněk, položkového rozpočtu, plánu zajištění hlavních materiálových zdrojů pro hrubou stavbu, posouzení čerpadel a jeřábu, limitky materiálových zdrojů, bilance pracovníků na stavbě, hlukové studie a LEED. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technological project of the administrative building Brno Business Park - 3rd stage, in Brno-Štýřice. This is the latest construction of the administrative building on Londýnské náměstí street. It is a building with 2 underground and 13 above ground floors. The structure is a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a reinforcing core. The content of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, the situation of wider transport relations and transport routes, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building object, a technological regulation for the white tub and monolithic skeleton, the principles of construction organization, the design of the main mechanization machines, the control and test plan, OHS, the situation of the construction site equipment, a drawing of the cell system, an itemized budget, a plan for securing the main material resources for the shell construction, an assessment of pumps and tubs, material resource limits, a balance sheet of workers on the construction site, noise studies and LEED.
