Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu ve fázi dokumentace pro provedení stavby haly s administrativou s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Jedná se o objekt, kde v části administrativy se nacházejí 2 nadzemní podlaží a hala je jednopodlažní. Objekt je umístěn na mírně svažitém pozemku v jižní části města Pelhřimov v průmyslové zóně. Základové konstrukce tvoří železobetonové základové kalichové patky s podkladním betonem. Obvodový plášť tvoří sendvičové panely, v části administrativy se z vnitřní strany nachází SDK příčky pro zakrytí vynášecích ocelových konstrukcí oken, vnitřní stěny tvoří cihelné bloky. Stropní konstrukce jsou z předpjatých stropních panelů. Zastřešení objektu tvoří jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Objekt administrativy je v prvním nadzemním podlaží rozdělen na 2 části – část pro veřejnost a část pro zaměstnance. V části pro veřejnost se nachází showroom s recepcí a zasedací místnost, v části pro zaměstnance se nachází šatny, sprchy, toalety. The subject of this master‘s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for an objekt at the realization of the construction phase for the object of the hall with administrative building. The structure includes an administrative part with two above floors and one above floor hall. The building is located on a gently sloping plot in the southern part of Pelhřimov, in an industrial zone. The foundation structure consist of reinforced concrete block with prefabricate calyx. The external cladding is made of sandwich panels, with drywall partitions (SDK) on the interior side of the administrative section to cover the load-bearing steel window structures. The internal walls are made of brick blocks. The ceiling structures are made of prestressed floor panels. The roof of the building is a single-layer flat roof. The administrative section is divided into two parts on the first above-ground floor: a public area and an employee area. The public area includes a showroom with a reception and a meeting room, while the employee area contains locker rooms, showers, and restrooms.
