Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba sportovního centra, které se nachází v Kutné Hoře. Objekt má jedno podzemní podlaží se sklady a technickým zázemím a tři nadzemní podlaží, přičemž první podlaží slouží ke sportovním aktivitám, druhé podlaží je vyuříváno pro regenarace a přednášky a ve třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou kanceláře pro vedení. Střecha stavby je plochá, členěna do tří úrovní. Základové konstrukce jsou navrženy jako základové pasy. Objekt má zděný konstukční system z keramických bloků tl. 500mm v prvních dvou nadzemních podlažích, ve třetím nadzemním podlaží je tloušťka keramických bloků 300 a jsou zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS tl. 200mm. Straopní konstukce jsou z předpjatých stropních panelů spiroll. The subject of the thesis is the new construction of a sports center located in Kutná Hora. The building has one underground floor with warehouses and technical facilities and three above-ground floors, with the first floor being used for sports activities, the second floor being used for regenerations and lectures, and the third above-ground floor being the management offices. The roof of the building is flat, divided into three levels. The foundation structures are designed as foundation belts. The building has a masonry construction system made of ceramic blocks with a thickness of 500 mm in the first two above-ground floors, in the third above-ground floor the thickness of the ceramic blocks is 300 mm and they are insulated with the contact insulation system ETICS tl. 200mm. The floor structures are made of prestressed spiroll ceiling panels.
