Cílem diplomové práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu domu s pečovatelskou službou. Dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím na pozemku se svažitým terénem. V budově se nachází 8 dvoulůžkových pokojů a 8 bytových jednotek o dispozici 1+kk. Součástí objektu je i ordinace lékaře, kadeřnictví, výtvarná dílna, tělocvična a knihovna. Konstrukční systém je stěnový. Obvodové stěny suterénu jsou ze ztraceného bednění, nadzemní podlaží jsou vyzděna z cihelných bloků s minerální izolací. Stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické železobetonové desky, stejně tak schodiště. Nosné stěny a příčky jsou zcihelných bloků. Instalační předstěny a podhledy jsou sádrokartonové na kovových konstrukcích. Střecha je plochá jednoplášťová vegetační. Založení objektu je na základových pásech. Plášť budovy je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and develop the project documentation for a new senior nursing home. The building is designed as a detached structure with three above-ground floors and one underground floor, built on sloping terrain. It comprises eight double rooms and eight one-bedroom units with 1+kk layout. In addition to the residential units, the building includes a doctor's office, a hairdresser's, an art workshop, a gym and a library. The structural system is based on load-bearing walls. The perimeter walls of the basement are constructed using a structural formwork technique, while the above-ground floors consist of brick blocks with mineral insulation. The ceiling structures and the staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Bearing walls and partitions are made of brick blocks, while service partitions and ceilings are finished with plasterboard on metal frameworks. The roof is a flat, single-skin, vegetated structure. The building is founded on strip foundations. The building envelope is insulated using an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS).
