Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby na zadané téma polyfunkční objekt ve městě Kyjově. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je textová, obsahující technické zprávy, posudky z hlediska stavební fyziky, výpisy jednotlivých stavebních prvků a skladeb řešeného objektu. Druhou částí je část grafická, která obsahuje vypracované výkresy polyfunkčního objektu. Jednotlivé výkresy jsou hlavní podstatou zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Řešený objekt bude novostavba na ulici Jungmannově ve městě Kyjově. Objekt bude vystavěn v nárožní uliční proluce, která vznikne po demolici stávajícího objektu, který již není ze statického hlediska možné zachovat. Polyfunkční objekt bude částečně podsklepený se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a podkrovím. Objekt bude obsahovat dvě provozně samostatné funkční části, část administrativní a bytovou. První dvě nadzemní podlaží budou sloužit jako kanceláře a zázemí pro městský úřad Kyjov. V prvním podlaží se bude nacházet také technické zázemí pro celou budovu a vstupní prostor do bytové části objektu, včetně úložných kójí. V podkroví objektu vzniknou 4 bytové jednotky o dispozici 2x1+KK a 2x3+KK. Součástí diplomové práce je také návrh nového vnitrobloku, ve kterém bude pro veřejnost přístupná malá prodejna kávy. Suterén objektu bude vyhrazen pro automatický zakladačový systém pro osobní automobily. V zakladačovém systému bude možné zaparkovat 13 osobních automobilů. K řešenému objektu také náleží 5 parkovacích míst na ulici Jungmannově. Podsklepená část budovy bude založena na železobetonové základové desce a konstrukce suterénu budou provedeny z vodostavebního betonu. Nepodsklepená část objektu bude založena na základových pásech odstupňovaných k základům suterénu. Obvodové nosné stěny jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic tloušťky 300mm s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS s tepelnou izolací z pěnového polystyrénu tloušťky 200mm. Obvodové nosné stěny jsou uvnitř dispozice doplněny o monolitické železobetonové sloupy. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické železobetonové desky. Objekt bude zastřešen šikmou střešní konstrukcí s nadkrokevní tepelnou izolací a hydroizolační vrstvou ze skládané keramické krytiny. Šikmou střechu doplňují pultové ploché střechy vikýřů s povlakovou hydroizolací a konstrukce ploché provozní a vegetační střechy nad jednopodlažní částí objektu. Při pohledu z ulice bude objekt opticky rozdělen na dvě části odlišené různou barevností fasády. Fasáda bude převážně bílé barvy doplněna prvky v odstínech šedé. Ve dvorní části bude na jednopodlažní části provedena fasádní omítka v dekoru svislého dřevěného laťování.
The aim of the master‘s thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a building on the assigned topic of a multifunctional building in the town of Kyjov. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is textual, including technical reports, assessment reports of building physics, lists of building elements and compositions of the designed building. The second part is graphical, containing drawings of the multifunctional building. The individual drawings form the core of the documentation for the construction of the building. The proposed building will be a new building located on Jungmannova Street in the town of Kyjov. The building will be situated on a corner gap site created by demolishing an existing building, which cannot be preserved due to its poor structural condition. The multifunctional building will be comprised of two above-ground floors with partial basement and an attic. The building will consist of two operationally independent functional sections: an office section and a residential section. The first two floors will serve as administrative spaces and facilities for the municipal office. The first floor will also contain technical facilities for the entire building and an entrance area for the residential part, including storage units. In the attic will be four apartments with layouts of two 1-bedroom and two 3-bedroom apartments. The thesis also includes the design of a new courtyard, featuring a small coffee shop accessible to the public. In the basement of the building, there will be an automatic parking system for personal vehicles, capable of accommodating 13 cars. Additionally, there are five parking spaces along Jungmannova Street which belong to the building. The part of the building with the basement will be founded on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, with basement structures constructed from waterproof concrete. The non-basemented part of the building will be founded on strip foundations stepped to align with the basement foundations. The load-bearing external walls are designed from clay blocks with a thickness of 300 mm, complemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with 200 mm thick insulation of expanded polystyrene. The external load-bearing walls are supplemented with monolithic reinforced concrete columns. The floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building will have a sloping roof structure with thermal insulation over rafters and a waterproofing layer composed of interlocking ceramic roof tiles. The sloping roof is complemented by dormers with mono-pitched roofs with waterproofing coating, as well as a walkable flat roof and green flat roof over the single-story part of the building. From the street view, the building will be visually divided into two parts distinguished by different facade colors. The facade will be mostly in white color, accented with gray color elements. On the courtyard side, the single-story section will feature a plaster facade with a vertical wooden slat pattern.
