Cílem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby administrativní budovy se zaměřením na konstrukční řešení, energetickou efektivitu a techniku prostředí staveb, včetně experimentálního výzkumu vlivu parametrů na odvlhčení. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. První část je dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Nosný systém budovy tvoří železobetonové sloupy a ocelové nosníky. Základy se skládají ze základových patek propojených základovými prahy a základové desky pod ztužujícím železobetonovým jádrem. Stropní konstrukce tvoří předpjaté železobetonové dutinové panely. Střešní konstrukce je plochá, jednoplášťová, vegetační. Druhá část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na techniku prostředí staveb a posouzení energetické náročnosti budovy. Část potřeby elektrické energie bude pokryta fotovoltaickým systémem, jehož panely jsou umístěny na střeše. Jako zdroj tepla jsou navržena tepelná čerpadla vzduch–voda, která v zimním období zajišťují vytápění objektu a v létě jeho chlazení. Jedno tepelné čerpadlo rovněž slouží pro přednostní ohřev teplé vody. Výměna vzduchu je zajištěna nuceným větráním. Dešťová voda ze střechy bude odváděna střešními vtoky a následně využívána na kropení části zatravněného pozemku. Přebytečná voda je odváděna do vsakovacích bloků. Voda ze zpevněných ploch je směrována do vsakovacích průlehů. Třetí část diplomové práce se zabývá experimentálním měřením. Cílem měření bylo stanovit množství vody, která se odpaří z povrchu vody do vzduchu jako vodní pára nebo se mechanicky přenese do vzduchu ve formě aerosolu a následně je odvedena ventilátorem ven, a analyzovat vlivy různých parametrů na tento proces s ohledem na efektivitu odvlhčení vzduchu. The aim of the Master’s thesis is to design a new administrative building with a focus on structural solutions, energy efficiency and building environmental technologies, including experimental research on the impact of parameters on dehumidification. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is the documentation for a building permit. The building's load-bearing system consists of reinforced concrete columns and steel beams. The foundations comprise footing foundations connected by foundation beams and a base slab under a reinforced concrete core. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed reinforced concrete hollow-core panels. The roof structure is flat, single-layered, and vegetated. The second part focuses on building environmental technologies and the assessment of the building's energy performance. A portion of the electricity demand will be covered by a photovoltaic system, with panels installed on the roof. Air-to-water heat pumps are designed as the primary heat source, providing heating in winter and cooling in summer. One heat pump is also dedicated to the priority heating of domestic hot water. Air exchange is ensured through mechanical ventilation. Rainwater from the roof will be collected via roof drains and subsequently used for irrigating part of the grassed area on the property. Excess water is directed to infiltration blocks, while water from paved surfaces is routed to infiltration trenches. The third part of the thesis involves experimental measurement. The goal of the measurement was to determine the amount of water evaporating from the water surface into the air as water vapor or mechanically transferred into the air as an aerosol, which is subsequently removed by a fan. The study also analyzed the effects of various parameters on this process with regard to the efficiency of air dehumidification.
