Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby administrativní budovy. Budova se nachází v městské části Brno-Bystrc. Budova je dvoupodlažní s kapacitou 130 osob . V administrativní budove umístěn kancelářské prostory, zasedací mistnosti, výstavní prostory určeny pro firmy. Konstrukční systém budovy je navržen jako monolitický železobetonový skelet. Vodorovnou nosnou konstrukci budovy tvoří železobetonové monolitické desky podepřeny na sloupech. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou vegetační střechou. Objekt je opatřen certifikovaným kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. The aim of this diploma thesis is a preparation of part of the project documentation providing information for the construction of office buildings. The building is located in the Brno-Bystrc district. It has two floors with a capacity of 130 people. In the office building there are offices, meeting rooms, exhibition hall for companies. The construction system of the building is designed as reinforced concrete skeleton structure. Horizontal load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete monolithic panels propped on columns. A single-layer flat green roof solves the roofing of the building. The building is equipped with a certified contact thermal insulation system.
