Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh průmyslové stavby - Centrum transferu technologií VUT. Práce vychází z dříve vypracované architektonické studie z předmětu AG034. Řešený pozemek se nachází v městské části Brno-Královo Pole, konkrétně u areálu Technologického Parku, v blízkosti Palackého vrchu. Jedná se o dosud nezastavěný pozemek, který má velice specifický terénní reliéf. Navržený průmyslový areál je situován na východním okraji pozemku, kvůli umožnění dalšího případného využití zbytku pozemku. Centrum transferu technologií by mělo sloužit především jako testovací a ověřovací centrum pro pracovníky a studenty VUT v Brně. Areál je rozdělen na tři hlavní části. První část, je vstupní objekt, kde se nachází administrativní část a prostor laboratoří. Druhou část tvoří otevřené třípodlažní parkoviště s technickou částí. Oba tyto objekty jsou přístupné z ulice Kolejní. Poslední část areálu tvoří výrobní (testovací) haly. Těchto pronajímatelných hal je v projektu navrženo šest a každá hala má své hygienické zázemí a kancelářský prostor. Vjezd na pozemek pro zásobování, je navržen z ulice Technická. Je zde vytvořena nová komunikace, která je zakončena obratištěm. Výrobní haly jsou řešeny tak, aby byly co nejvíce prosvětlené. Proto byl na obvodový plášť použit lehký obvodový plášť z profilitu. Na všech objektech jsou navrženy extenzivní zelené střechy s možností umístění fotovoltaických panelů. Zelené střechy by měly působit přirozeně a propojovat objekt s okolím. Celý areál je řešen tak, aby zde byly jasně oddělené funkce a provozy jednotlivých objektů.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an industrial building - VUT Technology Transfer Center. The work is based on a previously developed architectural study from subject AG034. The proposed plot of land is located in the Brno-Královo Pole district, specifically at the Technology Park area, near Palackého vrch. This is an undeveloped plot of land that has a very specific terrain relief. The proposed industrial area is located on the eastern edge of the plot, to enable the possible further use of the rest of the plot. The technology transfer center should primarily serve as a testing and verification center for workers and students of BUT in Brno. The campus is divided into three main parts. The first part is the entrance building where the administrative part and laboratory area are located. The second part consists of an open three-story parking lot with a technical part. Both of these buildings are accessible from Kolejní street. The last part of the area consists of production (testing) halls. Six of these rentable halls are designed in the project, and each hall has its own sanitary facilities and office space. The entrance to the plot for supply is proposed from Technická Street. A new road is created here, which ends with a roundabout. The production halls are designed in such a way that they are illuminated as much as possible. That's why a lightweight profiled cladding was used for the exterior cladding. Extensive green roofs with the possibility of placing photovoltaic panels are designed on all buildings. Green roofs should look natural and connect the building with the surroundings. The entire campus is designed in such a way that there are clearly separated functions and operations of individual objects.
