Na mírně svahovitém pozemku parc. č. 536/2, k.ú. Broumov byla navržena novostavba hotelu s restaurací. Územní plán obce vymezuje pozemek jako zastavitelnou plochu. Objekt má 1 podzemní a 3 nadzemní podlaží. V objektu se nachází 20 pokojů s ubytovací kapacitou 40 osob. Objekt je navržen s bezbariérovým přístupem. V 1.S technické zázemí pro chod hotelu s restaurací. V 1.NP je navržena restaurace a zázemí vedení hotelu. Ve 2.NP a 3.NP se nachází hotelové pokoje. Základové konstrukce jsou provedeny systémem základových pasů a patek z železobetonu, obvodové zdivo nadzemních podlaží je vyzděno z vápenopískových tvárnic a zatepleno kontaktním systémem ETICS. Schodiště a stropní konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické. Objekt je zastřešen plochou vegetační střechou. On a slightly sloping plot of land parcel no. 536/2, cadastral area Broumov, a new hotel and restaurant building was designed. The municipal zoning plan defines the land as a building area. The building has 1 underground and 3 above-ground floors. The building has 20 rooms with an accommodation capacity of 40 people. The building is designed with barrier-free access. The 1st floor houses the technical facilities for the hotel and restaurant. The 1st floor houses the restaurant and hotel management facilities. The 2nd and 3rd floors house the hotel rooms. The foundation structures are made with a system of foundation belts and footings made of reinforced concrete, the perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are made of sand-lime blocks and insulated with the ETICS contact system. The staircase and ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat vegetation roof.
