Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu výstavby bytového domu v Praze-Vysočanech. Vypracována je technická zpráva, řešení dopravních tras pro přepravu stavebního materiálu a strojů, objektový časový a finanční plán stavby, technologická studie jednotlivých etap výstavby, technologický předpis a kontrolní a zkušební plán pro monolitickou konstrukci hrubé vrchní stavby a plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi. Dále je vypracován také projekt zařízení staveniště, včetně výkresové dokumentace, časový harmonogram hrubé stavby, položkový rozpočet včetně výkazů výměr, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, hluková studie a certifikace LEED. The subject of this master's thesis is the development of a construction and technological project for the construction of a residential building in PragueVysočany. The work includes a technical report, traffic route management for the transportation of construction materials and machinery, an object-specific timeline and financial plan for the construction, a technological study of individual construction phases, a technological procedure, and a control and testing plan for the monolithic construction of the rough superstructure, and a health and safety plan for work at the construction site. Furthermore, a project of the construction site setup is also developed, including technical drawings documentation, a timeline for the rough construction, an itemised budget including statements of quantities, a proposal for the main construction machinery and mechanisms, a noise study, and LEED certification.
