Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu Centra charity, která bude umístěna v katastrálním území Třebíč. Budova bude primárně sloužit jako kancelářské zázemí pro charitní služby. V objektu se rovněž nacházejí odlehčovací lůžka pro paliativní péči, včetně potřebného zázemí, a sklady s půjčovnou kompenzačních pomůcek. Objekt je navržen jako třípodlažní. Půdorys budovy se skládá ze tří částí: dvou samostat-ných obdélníkových bloků, které jsou vzájemně pootočené o 90o, a komunikačního jádra tvořeného kruhovou výsečí, jež spojuje jednotlivé části budovy. The subject of this thesis is the preparation of the project documentation for the con-struction of the Charity Center, located in the cadastral area of Třebíč. The building will primarily serve as office space for the charity services. It will also in-clude respite beds for palliative care, along with the necessary facilities, and storage areas with a lending service for assistive devices. The building is designed as a three-story structure. The floor plan consists of three ele-ments: two separate rectangular blocks, rotated 90° relative to each other, and a com-munication core formed by a circular sector that connects the different parts of the building.
