Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom nového Obecného centra v Nivniciach, ktoré bolo vypracované na základe požiadaviek a podkladov poskytnutých obcou. Objekt je umiestnený bližšie k centru obce, čo zabezpečuje lepší prístup pre obyvateľov. Je navrhnutý ako tri samostatné funkčné celky: obecný úrad, pošta a svadobná sála, ktoré umožňujú nezávislé fungovanie každej sekcie bez vzájomného rušenia. Budova sa nachádza v obci Nivnice v Zlínskom kraji v Českej republike. Ide o samostatne stojaci, dvojpodlažný objekt s čiastočným podpivničením, postavený na rovinatom teréne v blízkosti kultúrneho domu. Objekt má plochú zelenú strechu a k dispozícii parkovisko. Novostavba Obecného domu je navrhnutá ako murovaná konštrukcia z keramických tehál. Vodorovná nosná konštrukcia je z prefabrikovaných panelov, a jednotlivé poschodia spája výťah a prefabrikované schodisko. Objekt je zateplený kontaktným systémom ETICS s minerálnou vlnou. Budova stojí na betónových základových pásoch. Projektová dokumentácia nevyhnutná na realizáciu tohto projektu bola vypracovaná pomocou počítačového programu AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Velux, a DEKSOFT. Súčasťou dokumentácie je aj posúdenie požiarnej bezpečnosti, výpočty základov a zaťažení, tepelno-technické hodnotenie, ako aj posúdenie akustiky a denného osvetlenia. Budova je navrhnutá ako energeticky úsporná s takmer nulovou spotrebou energie. This project focuses on the design of the new Municipal Center in Nivnice, developed based on the requirements and inputs provided by the municipality. The building is located closer to the town center, ensuring better accessibility for residents. It is designed as three separate functional units: the municipal office, post office, and wedding hall, which allow for independent operation of each section without mutual interference. The building is situated in the village of Nivnice in the Zlín region of the Czech Republic. It is a standalone, two-story building with a partial basement, constructed on flat terrain near the cultural center. The building features a flat green roof and an adjacent parking lot. The new Municipal House is designed as a masonry structure made of ceramic bricks. The horizontal load-bearing structure consists of prefabricated panels, and the floors are connected by an elevator and prefabricated staircase. The building is insulated using the ETICS system with mineral wool. The structure rests on concrete foundation strips. The necessary project documentation for the realization of this project was created using software programs such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Velux, and DEKSOFT. The documentation also includes fire safety assessments, foundation and load calculations, thermal-technical evaluations, as well as acoustic and daylight assessments. The building is designed as an energy-efficient structure with nearly zero energy consumption.
