Abstract: V práci se nachází shrnutí teoretických znalostí z problematiky organizačních struktur, které jsou uvedeny v literatuře a jejich konfrontace s reálnou situací ve firmě Unicorn. Tato společnost působí na dynamickém trhu informačních a komunikačních technologií, což ji nutí tvořit flexibilní organizační strukturu, která bude podporovat budoucí rozvoj firmy.
