Název: Stravovací návyky českých elitních parkouristů Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapovat stravovací návyky českých elitních parkouristů. Identifikovat slabé i silné stránky a porovnat je se zásadami zdravého stravování pro maximalizaci sportovního výkonu. Metody: V rámci teoreticko-empirického výzkumu byly zjišťovány informace o stravovacích návycích českých elitních parkouristů pomocí kvantitativní metody. Konkrétně pak formou online ankety. Výsledky: Z anketního šetření vyplývá, že i přes určité nedostatky ve stravování, elitních parkouristů, situace není špatná. BMI (BMI = tělesná váha (kg) / tělesná výška na druhou (m)) všech respondentů je v rozmezí 19,75 - 24,86. Větší polovina (62,5 %) se stravuje pravidelně i přesto, že u všech alespoň jedno jídlo nebo intervaly mezi nimi nejsou pravidelné. 43,8 % respondentů konzumuje 3 jídla denně, 31,3 % konzumuje 4 jídla denně a 25 % konzumuje 5 jídel denně. Nejvíce zastoupená skupina potravin u respondentů jsou obiloviny, poté mléčné výrobky a až potom zelenina, maso a masné výrobky, ovoce, cukr a na posledním místě tuky. 75 % z nich za den přijme více než 2 l. tekutin. 62,5 % nepije pravidelně alkohol (1x za měsíc a méně). 81,3 % nepije pravidelně energetické nápoje (1x za měsíc a méně). 87,5 % během dne pije primárně neslazenou vodu,... Title: Dietary Habits of Czech Elite Parkour Athletes Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to map the dietary habits of Czech elite parkour athletes. To identify weaknesses and strengths and compare them with the principles of healthy eating to maximize athletic performance. Methods: In the theoretical-empirical research, information on the dietary habits of Czech elite parkour athletes was collected using a quantitative method. Specifically, an online survey. Results: The survey shows that despite some shortcomings in the catering, the situation of elite traceurs is not bad. The BMI (BMI = body weight (kg) / body height squared (m)) of all respondents ranges from 19.75 to 24.86. More than half (62.5 %) eat regularly despite the fact that all of them have at least one meal or the intervals between them are not regular. 43.8 % of the respondents consume 3 meals a day, 31.3% consume 4 meals a day and 25 % consume 5 meals a day.
