Rigorózní práce Konflikt rodičů a jeho dopady na dítě z hlediska sociální práce se zaměřuje na fenomén přenášení rodičovského konfliktu na dítě a možnosti pozitivního ovlivňování jeho důsledků na dítě, které je součástí rodičovského konfliktu. Východiska: Práce vychází z popisu rodinných funkcí, věnuje se konfliktu rodičů v rozvodové či porozvodové situaci, cílí na specifické struktury konfliktu rodičů a velkou pozornost věnuje informacím o přenosu rodičovského konfliktu na dítě a o potřebách dítěte zasaženého rodičovským konfliktem a rozvodem. Popisuje možnosti podpory rodiny v rozvodové situaci, vybrané metody sociální práce, službu Podporovaná komunikace a doporučené postupy při rozvodu rodičů s ohledem na děti. Metodologie a sběr dat: Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkumnou studii. Analýza dat byla provedena prostřednictvím zakotvené teorie vycházející z fenomenologické metody IPA. Hlavním zdrojem dat byly rozhovory s šesti odborníky pracujícími v rodinné poradně s rodiči prožívajícími konflikt. Výzkumné otázky se ptají po faktorech způsobujících konflikt rodičů, postavení dítěte v rodičovském konfliktu a jeho prožívání, postupy při práci s rodiči v konfliktu, problematické oblasti a pozitivní důsledky zvládnutého rodičovského konfliktu. The rigorous work Parental conflict and its effects on the child from the point of view of social work focuses on the phenomenon of transferring parental conflict to the child and the possibility of positively influencing its consequences on the child who is part of the parental conflict. Background: The work is based on a description of family functions, deals with parental conflict in a divorce or post-divorce situation, targets specific structures of parental conflict, and pays attention to information on transmission of parental conflict to the child and on needs of a child affected by parental conflict and divorce. It describes the possibilities of family support in a divorce situation, selected methods of social work, the Supported Communication service and recommended procedures for parents' divorce with regard to children. Methodology and data collection: This is a qualitative research study. Data analysis was performed through grounded theory based on the phenomenological method of IPA. The main source of data was interviews with six professionals working in a family counseling center with parents experiencing conflict.
