Název: Analýza zatížení při tréninku a utkání u hráček florbalu Cíle: Cílem práce bylo analyzovat zatížení hráček florbalu v období ligového play-off, zhodnotit rozdíly mezi zatížením v tréninku a v utkání a zjistit rozdílnost zatížení z hlediska play-off sérií a specifických částí utkání a tréninku. Metody: Metoda monitorování srdeční frekvence hráček florbalového týmu FATPIPE Florbal Chodov využívala hrudní pásy Polar H10. Data byla sbírána během tréninků a utkání v play-off ČEZ Extraligy. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 20 hráček (7 obránkyň a 13 útočnic). Analyzováno bylo 12 utkání (4 čtvrtfinálová, 7 semifinálových a 1 finálové) a 5 tréninkových jednotek. Srdeční frekvence byla kontinuálně měřena a data zaznamenávána a analyzována pomocí softwaru Polar Flow, přičemž se hodnotily průměrná, maximální a minimální srdeční frekvence. Srdeční frekvence byla rozdělena do pěti zón, a průměrný čas strávený v jednotlivých zónách byl vizualizován pomocí grafů. Hodnocen byl také počet spálených kalorií. Energetický výdej byl vypočítán na základě srdeční frekvence, tělesné hmotnosti a dalších fyziologických parametrů. Title: Analysis of training and match load in female floorball players Objectives: The aim of the work was to analyze the workload of female floorball players during the league playoffs,to evaluate the differences between training and match loads and to determine the differences in load in terms of play-off series and specific parts of the match and training. Methods: The method of heart rate monitoring of female players of the FATPIPE Florbal Chodov floorball team used Polar H10 chest belts. The data were collected during training sessions and matches in the CEZ Extraliga playoffs. The research population consisted of 20 players (7 defenders and 13 forwards). 12 matches (4 quarter-final, 7 semi-final and 1 final) and 5 training units were analysed. Heart rate was continuously measured and data were recorded and analysed using Polar Flow software, and average, maximum and minimum heart rates were assessed. Heart rate was divided into five zones, and the average time spent in each zone was visualized using graphs. The number of calories burned was also assessed. Energy expenditure was calculated based on heart rate, body weight and other physiological parameters.
