Bakalářská práce je věnována vlivu digitalizace na účetní profesi s přesahem na výuku účetnictví na středních školách s ekonomickým zaměřením v České republice. Cílem teoretické části je zjistit současný stav směřování účetní profese a výuky účetnictví na středních školách ve vztahu k míře zapojení digitálních prvků ve výuce účetnictví. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je formulovat doporučení vedoucí k vyššímu zapojení digitálních prvků ve výuce účetnictví a ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti absolventů ekonomicky zaměřených středních škol na trhu práce. V literární rešerši bylo zjištěno, že účetní profese se posouvá stále více k poradenské činnosti. Za použití metod rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření bylo v rámci praktické části dále zjištěno, že ve výuce účetnictví digitální prvky využívá pouze 25 % vyučujících. Proto byla formulována doporučení pro zvýšení míry za-pojení digitálních prvků, jako například výuka prostřednictvím edukačních aplikací. Pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti absolventů středních bylo navrhnuto mimo jiné vytvoření jednotných požadavků zaměstnavatelů v kooperaci s učiteli účetnictví. The bachelor thesis is focused on the impact of digitalization on the account-ing profession with an overlap on teaching accounting at secondary schools with an economic orientation in the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part is to find out the current state of the accounting profession and teaching accounting in secondary schools in relation to the extent of incorporation of digital elements in teaching accounting. The main objective of the thesis is to formulate recommendations leading to a higher involvement of digital elements in accounting education and to an increase in competitiveness of graduates of economically oriented secondary schools on the market labour market. In the literature search, it was found that the accounting profession is moving increasingly towards consultancy activities. Using interview and questionnaire methods investigation, it was further found in the practical part that in the teaching of accounting digital elements are used by only 25% of the teachers. Therefore, it was formulated recommendations for increasing the level of involvement of dig-ital elements, such as teaching through educational applications. To increase com-petitiveness of secondary school graduates, it was proposed, among other things, to create uniform requirements of employers in cooperation with accounting teachers.
