Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma Trendy ve vzdělávání seniorů. Práce v teoretické části popisuje specifika vzdělávání seniorů, možnosti zájmového vzdělávání seniorů, motivace a bariéry ve vzdělávání seniorů a aktuální trendy ve vzdělávání seniorů. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem, jak organizátoři vnímají trendy ve vzdělávání seniorů, jaké výzvy jsou s tím spojené, jakým efektivním způsobem organizátoři reagují na aktuální dění ve vzdělávání a jak vnímají zahraniční trendy. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle byl proveden hloubkový rozhovor s organizátory univerzit třetího věku a následně jeho analýza, která byla vyhodnocena a výsledky výzkumu jsou interpretovány v závěru práce. The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic Trends in the education of seniors. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the specifics of seniors' education, possibi-lities of seniors' education, motivations and barriers in seniors' education and current trends in seniors' education. The practical part deals with research on how organisers perceive trends in senior education, what challenges are associated with it, how effective organisers respond to current events in education and how they perceive foreign trends. In order to achieve this goal, an in-depth interview with organizers of third age universities was conducted and then analyzed and the results of the research are interpreted in the conclusion of the thesis.
