Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení vlastností jedlých plodů i dalších částí rozmanitých druhů lesních dřevin vzhledem k jejich možnému upotřebení v oblasti potravinářství. Uvedeny a popsány jsou druhy lesních dřevin původních a běžně rostoucích na území České republiky i druhy nepůvodní, ale vhodné pro pěstování v našich podmínkách. Potenciál lesních plodů je zhodnocen hlavně prostřednictvím literární rešerše, která zahrnuje prvopočátky využívání a postupný historický vývoj využití a zpracování těchto plodů k potravinářskému využití. Na vybraném zájmovém území u města Veverská Bítýška je určena současná druhová skladba lesního porostu s následným popisem využití těchto druhů dřevin v potravinářství. Uveden je i výčet druhů dřevin, které se zde nevyskytují, ale dle geobiocenologické typizace krajiny by se na tomto území měly vyskytovat. This bachelor thesis is aimed to evaluation of properties by edible fruits and another parts of diverse kinds of forest tree species due to their possible application in food industry. There are stated and described original forest tree species and commonly growing species in the area of the Czech Republic and also non-original species, bud nevertheless suitable for cultivation in our conditions. The potential of forest fruits is mainly evaluated by literary research, that includes first-times of using and gradual historical development of use and processing these fruits for utilization as food. There is selected area of interest by city Veverská Bítýška and there is determined actual forest tree species with described use of this species in food industry. There is also a list of tree species, which are not here, but they should be, because this area is suitable for this species depending on the geobiocenological typization of the landscape.
