Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování návrhu nového využití chátrajícího hostince ve vesnici Žibřidice ležících v Libereckém kraji. Mezi jednotlivé úkony spadá ověření výskytu ochranných pásem, ve kterých se objekt může nacházet, podrobné zaměření celého domu, pořízení fotodokumentace a zakreslení aktuálního stavu včetně jeho zhodnocení. Na základě přípravných prací budou zpracovány různé dispoziční varianty nové podoby objektu splňující potřeby majitele na umožňující ubytování hostů a pořádání kulturních akcí. Obvodový plášť poloroubeného hostince bude konstruován tak, aby zajišťoval pohodlný pobyt a splňoval tepelně technické požadavky v rámci ochrany budovy. Výstupem práce je základní výkresová dokumentace vyobrazující stávající i možný budoucí stav hostince. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the new design of a derelict guesthouse in the village of Žibřidice in the Liberec region. Individual tasks include required verifiction of protection zones existence, which could interfere within the owner’s land. Next step is complete reconnaissance of the whole house, acquiring photo documentation, drawing the current state and evalutating constructions condition. On the basis of the preparátory work, various layout variants of the new form of the building will be prepared to meet the needs of the owner, to make guests accomodation and the organisazion of cultural events possible. The envelope of the half-timbered guesthouse will be designed to ensure a comfortable living and meet the thermal engineering requirements in terms of building protection. The output of the work are elementary drawings representing the actual and possible future state of the inn.
