Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem lidského kapitálu na konkurenceschopnost ekonomiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat úroveň lidského kapitálu v Kazachstánu a pobaltských státech a posoudit jeho vliv na konkurenceschopnost ekonomiky těchto regionů. V teoretické části definujeme základní pojmy týkající se lidského kapitálu a konkurenceschopnosti. Praktická část je založena na vyhodnocení dostupných údajů a porovnání ukazatelů lidského kapitálu. Hlavní zjištění ukazují, že mezi zkoumanými zeměmi existují významné rozdíly v úrovni lidského kapitálu a tyto rozdíly mají vliv na jejich konkurenceschopnost. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení úrovně lidského kapitálu v Kazachstánu, což by mělo vést k posílení konkurenceschopnosti země. The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of human capital on the competitiveness of the economy. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the level of human capital in Kazakhstan and the Baltic States and to assess its impact on the competitiveness of the economy of these regions. In the theoretical part we define the basic concepts related to human capital and competitiveness. The practical part is based on the evaluation of the available data and comparison of human capital indicators. The main findings show that there are significant differences in the level of human capital between the countries studied and these differences affect their competitiveness. Based on these findings, recommendations are formulated for improving the level of human capital in Kazakhstan, which should lead to strengthening the country's competitiveness.
