Tato závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na navržení rodinného domu s prostory pro komerční využití a vytvoření projektové dokumentace v rozsahu pro stavební povolení dle současné platné legislativy. Je zde uplatněn stěnový plošný konstrukční systém CLT v kombinaci s dalšími prvky. Objekt je koncipován na konkrétní pozemek, kterému se musí přizpůsobit. V návrhu je dbáno na statické a akustické řešení objektu. Dále projekt zohledňuje tepelně technické řešení se snahou o nízkoenergetický standard, vysokou energetickou úspornost a nadprůměrný uživatelský komfort. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zelených střech, vzduchotěsnosti a difúze vodních par s uplatněním na tomto objektu. V samostatných přílohách se nachází výkresy studií, výkresová dokumentace, průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy, statické a akustické posouzení, vizualizace, částečná výrobní dokumentace a tepelně technické posouzení. This diploma thesis focuses on designing of a family house with spaces for commercial use and creating project documentation suitable for building permits according to the current legislation. The CLT wall construction system is combined with other supporting elements. The building is designed for a specific plot of land, to which it must adapt. In the design of the building, attention is paid to the structural and acoustic solutions of the building. Thermal technical solutions are also considered, aiming for a low-energy standard, high-energy efficiency, and above-average user comfort. The project deals with the issues of green roofs, air tightness, and water vapor permeability with specific application to this building. Separate attachments include drawings of studies, drawing documentation, energy performance certificate of the building, structural and acoustic assessments, visualizations, partial production documentation, and thermal technical assessments.
