Tématem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby polyfunkčního domu s ordinacemi v systému dřevostavby. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený a bezbariérově přístupný ke všem podlažím. 1.NP polyfunkčního domu bude sloužit jako zdravotnické zařízení a to pro 2 zubní ordinace s rentgenem. V 2.NP se nachází 3 samostatné bytové jednotky. Nosný systém domu je dřevěná rámová konstrukce s panelovou montáží. Pro navrženou novostavbu je vypracována projektová dokumentace, doplněna o výpočet denního osvětlení a proslunění všech obytných místností a ordinací, průkaz energetické náročnosti, zhodnocení akustické a kročejové neprůzvučnosti a posouzení všech skladeb obvodového pláště z tepelně-technického hlediska. Součástí dokumentace je řešení parkovacích míst a bezbariérového přístupu do objektu na konkrétním pozemku. Textová část je rozdělena na dvě části. 1. část obsahuje požadavky zdravotnických zařízení a jejich naplnění a ve 2. části jsou zhodnoceny akustické požadavky v obytných budovách a ordinacích. The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of a new construction of a multifunctional building with offices in a wooden construction system. The building is designed as a two-story, non-basement and barier-free accessible to all floors. The 1st floor of the multi-functional building will serve as a medical facility for 2 dental surgeries with X-ray. There are 3 separate apartment units on the 2nd floor. The supporting system of the house is a wooden frame structure with panel assembly. Project documentation is drawn up for the proposed new building, supplemented by the calculation of daylighting and sun exposure of all living rooms and surgeries, energy efficiency certificate, evaluation of acoustic and footstep sound insulation and assessment of all compositions of the perimeter cladding from a thermal-technical point of view. Part of the documentation is a solution for parking spaces and barrier-free access to the building on a specific plot of land. The text part is divided into two parts. The 1st part contains the requirements of medical facilities and their fulfillment, and the 2nd part evaluates the acoustic requirements in residential buildings and surgeries.
