Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami firemního vzdělávání zaměstnanců a využitím současných trendů ve firmách. Cílem práce je identifikovat a shrnout aktuálně používané výukové metody ve firemním vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybraném odvětví a regionu. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor, jejichž cílem je shromáždit potřebné informace o firmách a vzdělávání zaměstnanců a následně tyto informace vyhodnotit. Pomocí dotazníku jsou vyhodnoceny nejpoužívanější metody a je proveden souhrn metod používaných ve vybraném odvětví a regionu. Dotazník se zaměřuje také na metody poskytování firemního vzdělávání, kde se zjišťuje, zda firma využívá interní složku nebo externí agenturu. Přínosem práce je zjištění nedostatků ve vzdělávání ve firmě. The presented bachelor thesis deals with methods of corporate training of employees and the use of current trends in companies. The aim of the thesis is to identify and summarize the currently used teaching methods in corporate employee training in a selected sector and region. The thesis includes a questionnaire survey and an interview to collect necessary information about the companies and training of employees and then to evaluate this information. Using the questionnaire, the most used methods are evaluated, and a summary of the methods used in the selected sector and region is made. The questionnaire also focuses on the methods of delivering corporate training, where it is determined whether the company uses an internal component or an external agency. The benefit of the thesis is to identify shortcomings in education in the company.
