Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci nově vznikajících trendů v oblasti řízení organizací. Cílem práce je zhodnocení nových trendů v řízení organizací a posouzení uplatnění těchto trendů ve vybrané organizaci. Z veřejného sektoru je vybrán Finanční úřad pro Jihočeský kraj a ze soukromého sektoru společnost Jihočeský chovatel a.s. V další části práce jsou organizace charakterizovány a jejich zaměstnanci jsou podrobeni dotazníkovému šetření s cílem zjistit, zda jsou nové trendy v těchto organizacích zaváděny a jestli dochází k jejich efektivnímu využívání. Údaje získané od respondentů prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření jsou doplněny rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky z každé organizace. Na základě informací získaných formou dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky jsou oběma organizacím navržena opatření, která slouží ke zlepšení jejich současného stavu. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the identification of emerging trends in the field of organizational management. The aim of this thesis is to assess these trends and evaluate their application in the management of two selected organizations: the Financial Office of the South Bohemian Region in the public sector and Jihočeský chovatel a.s. on the private sector side. In the subsequent section of the thesis, the organizations are characterized, and their employees are subjected to a questionnaire survey with the objective of revealing whether the new trends in these organizations are being effectively utilized. To substantiate the data gathered from the questionnaire, interviews with the respective leaders of each organization are conducted. Based on information obtained through questionnaire surveys and interviews with managers, measures have been proposed to both organizations to improve their current state.
