PIVODA, Jan. Determinanty násilné kriminality v okresech České republiky v letech 2013-2020. Brno, 2022. Bakalářská práce. Mendelova univerzita v Brně. Bakalářská práce se zabývá násilnou kriminalitou v okresech České republiky od roku 2013 až po 2020 a společně s tím i determinanty, které ovlivňují tento typ kriminality. Cílem práce je zjistit které, z vybraných ukazatelů mají vliv na růst kriminality na území okresů. V literární rešerši byla nejprve definována kriminalita, její konkrétní poddruhy a kriminologie. Následně byla podrobně popsána násilná kriminalita a pojmy, které úzce souvisí s násilnou trestnou činností. Praktická část se zaobírá modelem OLS panelové regrese s fixními efekty. Zjištěné vztahy mezi jednotlivými determinanty jsou vypočteny pomocí programu Gretl. Výstupem práce jsou veškeré nalezené výsledky porovnané se zahraničními i tuzemskými studiemi. PIVODA, Jan. The bachelor thesis deals with violent crime in the districts of the Czech Republic from 2013 to 2020 and the determinants that affect this type of crime. The aim of the work is to find out which of the selected indicators have an impact on the growth of crime in the districts. In the literature search, crime, its specific subspecies and criminology were first defined. Subsequently, violent crime and concepts that are closely related to violent crime were described in detail. The practical part deals with the OLS panel regression model with fixed effects. The identified relationships between the individual determinants are calculated using the Gretl program. The output of the work is all results compared found with foreign and Czech studies.
