Tato práce se zabývá obnovou Lobezkého parku v Plzni o rozloze 4,6 hektaru. Obsahuje technologické zajištění obnovy parku, kalkulace provozních nákladů, výčet použitých strojů, technologické postupy prací, srovnání kalkulací s katalogem popisů a směrných cen stavebních prací 823 – 1. Obnova parku je rozdělena do tří etap. První etapa spočívala v kácení havarijních dřevin, výsadbě nových dřevin a solitérních keřů, likvidaci současného mobiliáře a regeneraci stávajícího trávníku. Druhá etapa spočívala v kácení nevhodných dřevin, výsadbě solitérních keřů a stromů, založení parkového trávníku, opravě mlatových cest a montáži nového mobiliáře. Třetí etapa spočívala v kácení dřevin výsadbě solitérních keřů výsadbě dřevin, založení bylinného trávníku, stavbě nových cest, vybudování vyhlídkového mola, odpočívadla a fitness hřiště. The diploma thesis discusses about reconstruction of the Lobezský park in Plzeň, with an area of 4.6 hectares. It includes technology rehabilitation of the park, calculation of operating costs, list of used machines, technological processes of work, comparison of calculations with catalog of descriptions and approximate prices of works 823-1. The renovation of the park is divided into three phases. The first phase consisted in cutting down emergency trees, planting new trees and solitary shrubs, disposing of contemporary furniture and regenerating the existing lawn. The second stage consisted of felling unsuitable trees, planting of solitary shrubs and trees, setting up a park lawn, repairing mills and installing new furniture. The third stage consisted in felling trees by planting bush shrubs by planting trees, setting up herbaceous lawns, building new roads, building a sightseeing pier, resting place and fitness playground.
