[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řešení kázně žáků u začínajících učitelů od-borného výcviku na SOŠ. Teoretická část práce na základě studia odborné literatury definuje a popisuje učitelskou profesi v odborném výcviku, pod kterou spadají pojmy profese učitele, profese učitele odborného výcviku, začínající učitel odborného výcviku, dále uvádějící učitel v odborném výcviku a problémy začínajícího učitele související s pedagogickou činností. Závěr teoretické části práce se zaměřuje pouze na problematiku kázně na středních odborných školách, kde se uvádí definice kázně a nekázně, dále se zde popisuje kázeň ve vyučovacím procesu, formy a příčiny nekázně, faktory ovlivňující nekázeň a prevenci nekázně. Použitými metodami pro zpracování teoretické části bude studium odborných literárních zdrojů a následně jejich analýza, srovnávání a syntéza. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak si začínající učitelé středních odborných škol udržují kázeň ve třídě a kdo a jak jim pomáhá při řešení a udržení kázně. Pro dosažení celé praktické části bude užito kvalitativního výzkumného přístupu, me-todou sběru dat budou rozhovory s vybranými začínajícími učiteli odborného výcviku středních odborných škol. Metodou analýzy dat bude otevřené kódování. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky a porovnání s teoretickými poznatky. Doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi bude vystavěno na základě studia odborných zdrojů a výsledků průzkumného šetření.The barchelor thesis is focused on the solving the pupil´s discipline by the be-ginning teachers of vocational training at secondary vocational school. The teoretical part of this work describes the teaching profession on the basis of the study of the literature, which includes terms as the teacher´s professi-on, the vocational training teacher´s profession, the beginning teacher of the vocational training, than the presenting teacher in vocational training and the problems of the beginning teacher connected with the pedagogice activity. The end of the theoretical part is focused on problems with discipline at secondary vocational schools, where is the definition of the discipline and indiscipline, where is described the discipline in teaching trial, the style and the cause of indiscipline, the factors influencing indiscipline and the prevention of indiscipline. The metods used for the theoretical part will be the study of literature sources and their analysis, comparation and synthesis. The aim of the practical part is to find out how the beginning teachers at secondary vocational school try to keep the class discipline and who and how helps them to solve and keep the discipline. There will be used a qualitative research, as a method of data collection will be interview with selected beginning teachers of vocational training at secondary vocational school. The method of data analysis will be open encoding. The end of the work summarizes the results and comparison with the theoretical konwledge. Recommendations for pedagogical practise will be based on the study of professional resources and the results of the research.
