V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala vlivem pandemie COVID-19 na změnu postojů cestujících k létání. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy cestovního ruchu, řízení vztahů se zákazníky a dále je popsána pandemie COVID-19, její vliv na cestovní ruch a ekonomiku České republiky. Praktickou část práce tvoří výsledky dotazníkového šetření a taky zjištení postojů českých cestujících k létání do pandemie a v době koronaviru, porovnání počtu respondentů, kteří využívali služby českých leteckých společností před rokem 2020 a během pandemie. Po provedení dotazování byly identifikovány hlavní důležité výsledky a byla vytvořena doporučení pro české letecké společností s cílem zvýšit loajalitu jejich zákazníků. In my bachelor's thesis I studied impact of COVID-19 pandemic on change in passengers' attitude towards flights. The theoretical part consists of basic concepts of tourism and customer relationship management, then there is also description of COVID-19 pandemic, its impact on tourism and state of economy of Czech Republic. The practical part of thesis is composed of results of questionnaire survey based on which we found out distinction in passengers’ attitude and compared the number of respondents who used the services of Czech airlines before and during the pandemic. Based on the main results of the survey were identified and recommendations were made for Czech airlines in order to increase the loyalty of their customers.
