Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou digitálního asistenta, který se zaměřuje na řešení problémů v oblasti akademické etiky a plagiátorství. Byla zhodnocena dostupná řešení pro tvorbu digitálních asistentů a následně byl jeden způsob realizace vybrán. Následně byla navržena persona a způsob komunikace, který se snaží co nejvíce odpovídat účelu digitálního asistenta, tak i jeho primárním uživatelům, studentům. V závěru je zhodnocená odpovědnost digitálního asistenta za získané citlivé údaje a informace od uživatelů. The aim of this work is to create a digital assistant, which focuses on solving problems in the field of academic integrity and plagiarism. The available solutions for the creation of digital assistants were evaluated and subsequently one method of implementation was selected. Subsequently, a persona and a way of communication were designed, which tries to correspond as much as possible to the purpose of the digital assistant and its primary users, who are students. In the end, the responsibility of the digital assistant for the obtained sensitive data and information from users is evaluated.
