Tato práce je zaměřena na účetní a daňové aspekty vnitrostátních fúzí. První část práce popisuje přeměny obchodních společností s detailním zaměřením na fúze a jejich celkový průběh. V druhé části se pojednává o uskutečněné fúzi a jsou zde navrhnuty přínosy a možná rizika pro společnosti, které se k fúzi uchylují. This bachelor thesis is focused on accounting and tax aspects of intrastate mergers. First part of the thesis describes transformations of companies with a detailed focus on mergers and their whole process. Second part of the thesis discusses a real merger and suggests benefits and possible risks for companies, which are preparing for a merger.
