The Diploma thesis deals with the Development of tourism in South Africa. The theoretical part is about tourism, forms of tourism, tourism organizations and assumptions of tourism. Furthermore, it includes theoretical background for multi-criteria analysis, distribution of this analysis, methods of weight determination and methods of evaluation of variants. In the practical part proposals of projects are drawn up, which are futher evaluated through multi-criteria analysis. For the evaluation appropriate methods are selected. In conclusion the results of this analysis are presented and discussed. Práce se zabývá rozvojem cestovního ruchu v Jihoafrické republice. Tvoří ji teoretická část, která definuje co je to cestovní ruch, formy cestovního ruchu, organizace cestovního ruchu a předpoklady cestovního ruchu. Dále obsahuje vymezení multikriteriální analýzy, její rozdělení, metody stanovení vah, metody hodnocení variant. V praktické části jsou vypracovány návrhy projektů, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny multikriteriální analýzou. Pro hodnocení jsou vybrány vhodné metody. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny a jednotlivě popsány výsledky multikriteriální analýzy.
