[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem exkurzí v odborném vzdělávání pro obor kosmetička. Cílem teoretické části je definovat pojem organizační formy výuky, popsat jejich specifika a zhodnotit význam těchto forem. Dále charakterizovat jednu z organizačních forem výuky, exkurzi, popsat její specifika a možnosti využití ve výuce na SOŠ. Podstatné je také popsat výukové metody, s důrazem na ty, které lze využívat při exkurzích. Metodami použitými pro zpracování teoretické části budou studium odborných literárních zdrojů, tvorba výpisků a jejich analýza, syn-téza a srovnávání. V praktické části je cílem navrhnout exkurze pro výuku oboru kosmetička. Zde bude popsán obor kosmetička a jeho specifika. Návrh je tvořen pro studenty 3. ročníku oboru vzdělání kosmetička na Obchodní akademii, střední zdravotnické škole, střední odborné škole služeb a Jazykové škole s právem státní jazykové zkoušky Jihlava (dále již jen OZS Jihlava). Návrhy jsou vytvořeny na zá-kladě zjišťování zájmu u studentů konkrétního oboru, a to prostřednictvím dota-zování žáků. Výsledky mé bakalářské práce mohou pomoci pedagogům, kteří v rámci výuky využívají tyto metody a chtějí žákům přiblížit skutečnou představu o daných činnostech a ne pouze znát teorii.The bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of excursions in vocational education for the field of cosmetics. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the notion of organizational form of teaching, to describe their specifics and to evaluate importance of these forms. The part also characterizes one of the organizational forms of teaching excursion. It describes its specifics and possibilities of use in teaching at vocational schools. It is also essential to describe teaching methods with emphasis on those that can be used during excursions. The field of cosmetics and its specifics is described in the theoretical part as well. Specialized literary sources, a creation of excerpts and their analysis, synthesis and comparison are the methods used for this part. In the practical part, the aim is to propose the excursion. The proposal is made for students of the 3rd year of education of a beautician at the secondary vocati-onal school in Jihlava. Proposals are based on the discovery of interest among students in a particular field, using the questionnaire method. The results of my bachelor thesis can help educators who use these methods in their classes and want pupils to get a real idea of the given activities, not just to know the theory.
