V předkládané bakalářské práci se věnuji analýze evropských speciálních jednotek, které vznikly v 80. letech bezprostředně po mnichovském masakru. Tato tragická událost byla také hlavním impulsem pro zavedení změn v oblasti bezpečnosti olympijských her. V úvodu práce se zaměřuji na stěžejní události arabsko-izraelského konfliktu, které jsou pro pochopení tragických událostí v Mnichově klíčové. Dále se zabývám zmapováním masakru v Mnichově a okolnostmi, které byly podkladem pro zavedení změn v rámci bezpečnosti. V návaznosti na tuto tragickou událost analyzuji počet nově vzniklých speciálních útvarů a diametrálně odlišný přístup k bezpečnosti na následujících olympijských hrách. In this bachelor's thesis, I analyze European special forces that arose in the 1980s immediately after the Munich massacre. This tragic event was also the main impetus for introducing changes in the security of the Olympic Games. In the introduction, I focus on the key events of the Arab Israeli conflict, which are key to understanding the tragic events in Munich. I also deal with the mapping of the massacre in Munich and the circumstances that were the basis for the introduction of changes in security. In connection with this tragic event, I analyze the number of newly created special units and the diametrically different approach to security at the following Olympic Games.
