V rámci bakalářské práce Biodiverzita dřevních hub v oblasti Přírodní rezervace Hvozdnice (okr. Opava) byly vybrány dvě lokality, na kterých probíhal monitoring plodnic dřevních hub. Termíny návštěv probíhaly od brzkého jara do začátku zimy 2020. Data návštěv byly zvoleny tak, aby pokryly důležité aspekty výskytů hub. Nalezené plodnice byly vyfotografovány, byl zaznamenán jejich hostitel, konkrétní místo, na kterém se plodnice vyskytují, a v jakém stavu se hostitel nachází. Celkem bylo nalezeno 39 druhů dřevních hub, ze kterých byly pro podrobnější popis vybrány takové, které jsou nejhojnější (Schizophyllum commune, Osmoporus odoratus, Fomes fomentarius a Piptoporus betulinus) a oblast tak nejvíce ovlivňují, dále houby vzácné, díky kterým se zvyšuje biologická rozmanitost monitorovaných lokalit. Within bachelor Biodiversity of wood decay fungi in the area of Nature reserve Hvozdnice (district Opava), two localities were chosen for monitoring fructifications of wood decay fung. Dates of monitoring were chosen in the way they could cover important aspect of fungi occurrence, from early spring 2020 to start of winter 2020. Pictures of found frustifications were taken, their host and the exact place where frustifications are being occurred were writen down. In the end the statement of host was writen down. Overall 39 spices of wood decay fungi were found. From these were chosen the worst ones (Schizophyllum commune, Osmoporus odoratus, Fomes fomentarius a Piptoporus betulinus) that affect the area the most and the rare ones that increase biologic variety of monitored areas.
