[cze][eng] Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti udržitelného rozvoje města Trenčín. V literárním přehledu práce jsou zpracovány definice základních pojmů této tematiky, jako udržitelný rozvoj, územní plánování, sídelní kaše, suburbanizace, zelená infrastruktura a další. Rešerše přináší poznatky o základních pilířích udržitelného rozvoje a popisuje jeho principy. Pozornost je věnována i zeleno-modré infrastruktuře a systému zeleně, jeho struktuře, rozvojovým osám, vegetačním objektům a jednotlivým funkčním typům zeleně. Stejně přináší i kategorizaci parků a jejich význam v městském organismu. Důležitým bodem literární rešerše je význam zeleně v struktuře sídla. Významnou problematikou je hospodaření s dešťovou vodou, především možnostech tohoto hospodaření v intravilánu a extravilánu. V rozborové části se práce zaměřuje na město Trenčín a podrobně na městskou část Západ, která je zvolena jako modelové území návrhu. Základním bodem této části práce je rozbor a studium územně plánovacích podkladů Vyššího územního celku Trenčín a Města Trenčín. Důraz je kladen na vyhodnocení dopravních konceptů města, nakolik dopravní infrastruktura je jedním z podmiňujících faktorů rozvoje města. V závěru přináší identifikaci hodnot a problémů území a východiska pro návrh. Návrhová část přináší koncepční řešení kostry zeleno-modré infrastruktury města Trenčín a koncept hromadné dopravy. Pro městskou část Západ předkládá rozložení funkčních ploch využití území, pro které definuje základní urbanistickou koncepci. Na základě těchto vrstev je vypracován návrh dopravní infrastruktury s hierarchií místních komunikací a jejich charakteristickými uličními profily. Nejpodrobněji se návrh věnuje vytvoření koncepčního návrhu zeleno-modré infrastruktury městské části a její napojení na celoměstský koncept.The diploma thesis focuses on the possibility of sustainable development for the city of Trenčín. The literature review section provides definitions of basic concepts of this topic, e.g. sustainable development, land use planning, urban sprawl, suburbanization, green infrastructure and others. The research elucidates basic pillars of sustainable development and describes its principles. The thesis also deals with blue-green infrastructure and greenery systems, its structure, development, vegetation objects and specific functional types of greenery. It also presents the categorization of parks and their importance in the urban space. Moreover, the literature research shows the importance of greenery in the structure of the city. Another important issue is the management of rainwater, especially the possibilities of this management in urban and suburban areas. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on the city of Trenčín, specifically the West district, which has been chosen as a model area for the proposal. The main focus of this part is the analysis and study of the land use planning documents of the advanced regional aggregate Trenčín and the city of Trenčín. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of the city's transport concepts, as the transport infrastructure is one of the determining factors in the city's development. Finally, the values and the issues of the territory and the basis of the proposal are identified. The practical part presents a conceptual solution of the blue-green infrastructure skeleton of the city of Trenčín and the concept of public transport. As for the West district, a basic urban concept is drawn up using a distribution of functional land use areas. Based on these layers, a design of a transport infrastructure with a hierarchy of local highways and their characteristic street profiles is developed. The proposal deals in the most detail with the creation of a conceptual design of the blue-green infrastructure of the city district and its connection to the city-wide concept.
